The limit of new conversations and statements for non-VIP accounts is lowered to 1 new conversation or a statement per 24 hours. The limit applies only to new conversations - sending messages to users to whom we have already written or those who wrote to us first, remains with no limits. Lowering the limit does not apply to VIP and SUPER VIP accounts.
